Cynthia Ann Driscoll, 36, of New York, formerly of Pocono Summit, died on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York. Born in Belleville, New Jersey, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Margaret (Haviland) Driscoll of Pocono Summit. Cynthia was a talented artist and graphic designer. She had developed her gift of artistry at a young age and would expand her talents into jewelry design and creation. She was known for her kind heart and giving nature often donating her time and belongings to those in need. Cynthia also had the heart of an animal lover she adopted and cared for many animals over the years. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Erin Harris and her husband, Greg of Wind Gap; uncle, Walter Driscoll and his wife, Susan of Mountainside, NJ; nephew, Braeden Harris and many cousins. Cynthia was preceded in death by her nephew and godson, Steven Dienno. There will be a viewing on Monday, August at 29 from 4-7 pm at the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco. The Reverend Father Gregory Loughney will conduct a blessing service at 7 pm at the funeral home. Private cremation is entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory.
