Gordon Shaller Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Gordon Francis Shaller, 93, of Kunkletown, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Born in Mountainhome, he was the son of the late Archie and Jenny Shaller. He was the beloved husband of the late Joanne (Lythgoe) Shaller. Gordon honorably served his country in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He worked as a Purchasing Agent and Bookkeeper for many years at J.A. Reinhardt and Co., Inc. Gordon was a life long member of Mountainhome United Methodist Church. In retirement, he spent many hours as a member of the Shepherds of Monroe County developing the plan that would later become The Oaks Senior Housing in Cresco. Above all, Gordon loved spending time with his family, traveling with his beloved wife, playing tennis and skiing. Survivors: Gordon will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Karen S. Winzenburg and her husband Glen; daughter in law, Jean Shaller; grandchildren, Brian K. Shaller, Jr., Sarah L. Shaller, and Whitney C. Conway and her husband Adam; great grandson Christopher Carroll, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. Gordon is preceded in death by his son, Brian K. Shaller, Sr. and his siblings, Calvin Shaller and his wife Lois, Delmont Shaller and his wife Maxine and Kathryn Reinhardt and her husband Robert. Services: Services will be held at 11:00A.M. on Monday, August 8, 2022 in the Mountainhome United Methodist Church, State Hwy 191 &, PA-390, Mountainhome, PA 18342.
