Henryk Rogowski

August 30, 1940 - January 24, 2022

Henryk Rogowski, 81, of Long Pond, died Monday, January 24, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital - Monroe in Bartonsville. He was the loving husband of Irena (Kolakowska) Rogowski, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage. Born in Grajewo, Poland, he was a son of the late Stanislaw and Maria (Kowaliczk) Rogowski. Henryk moved to the United States in 1981 and settled in Somerset, New Jersey, before moving to the Poconos 13 years ago. He was a devoted family man who was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Marzenna Villeda and her husband, Rubelci; and Joanna Taraszewski; beloved grandchildren: Christopher and Jessica Villeda; Thomas and Jennifer Taraszewski; and great-grandchildren: Ava, Jacob, Kali, Caden, Greason, and Sonny. There will be a viewing from 10 to 12 Noon Monday, January 31 in the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Pa 18326 A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00A.M.on Tuesday, February 1 in St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, 5112 Pocono Crest Road, Pocono Pines. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery in Doylestown.
