Sally Swatavage Covolus Forceno, 92, of Scotrun, passed away on Thursday, January 11 at St. Luke's VNA Hospice in Bethlehem. Born in Shenadoah, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine Swatavage. She is survived by two daughters, Jean Schilling of Havre-de-Grace, MD, Esther Walz of Scotrun; two sons, Dan Forceno and his wife, Johanna of Collinswood, NJ, Nick Forceno and his wife, Margie of Philadelphia; a sister, Anna Verdon of Sacramento, CA; daughter-in-law, Joan Bell of Canadensis; eight grand-daughters; six grandsons; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Covolus, her second husband, Daniel Forceno; a son, Lewis Covolus; and a sister, Isabella Subick. Memorial donations may be made to the Second Chance Pet Rescue, 401 Michele Lane #A, Bartonsville, Pa. 18321 Cremation services entrusted to the Bolock Funeral Home Crematory, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
