Tara Lyn (Nash) Perez, 36, of Henryville, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 18 at home. She was the wife of Jesus Perez, to whom she was married for 17 years. Born in Staten Island, New York, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Ann Nash and Ernest Ratley. Tara attended Susan Wagner High School in New York. In addition to her husband, Jesus, she is survived by five children; Amy Jay Perez, Chovito Perez, Dominic Perez, Dante Perez, and Angel Nash, all of Henryville; one brother, Vincent Barbato of PA; one sister, JoAn Wilson, of Staten Island, NY; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 24 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley. Interment will follow at Prospect Cemetery in East Stroudsburg. There will be a viewing from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 23 at the Bolock Funeral Home, corner of routes 940 & 390 in Paradise Valley.
